Sacred Harvest

A Weekend of Nourishment, Renewal and Remembering

As the leaves turn and the season of harvest arrives, we are invited to gather not only what we’ve grown, but who we’ve become.

Sacred Harvest is a deeply nourishing weekend retreat for women seeking rest, renewal, and remembrance. Through sacred ritual, embodied practices, healing, and connection, we create space to honour the wisdom within, release what is ready to fall away, and return home to ourselves.

This is a retreat for the woman ready to soften, rise, and remember her sacred truth.

From sacred rituals and nourishing meals to meaningful workshops, movement, and time in nature, this retreat unfolds as a gentle journey back to yourself.

What follows is a thoughtfully curated flow of experiences to support your transformation, while leaving room for spaciousness, connection, and integration.

  • 3pm - Check In & Relax

    5:30pm - Community Supper

7pm - Opening Circle: Which Goddess is Calling You Home?

In this sacred opening gathering, participants are gently introduced to the feminine archetypes that will guide and shape the weekend.

8pm - Sound Journey: Returning to the Well Within

A restorative sound healing and guided meditation experience designed to quiet the mind and reconnect participants with their inner wisdom.

  • 8am - Community Breakfast

9am - Hatha Yoga: Flow Like Water

10:15am - Sacred Waters: The Healing Power of Water

A restorative workshop exploring the healing wisdom of water, ancient bathing rituals, and the sacred art of slowing down to nourish the nervous system, body, and soul. This experience also includes a hands-on make-and-take apothecary workshop, where participants will create their own intentional bath soak or ritual blend to bring the practice of sacred nourishment home.

    12:30 - Light Lunch

    1:30 - 3:30 - Sacred Space

A gentle invitation to slow down and honour rest as part of the healing process. This intentionally unscheduled time offers space to wander, reflect, create, connect, or simply be — allowing your body and spirit to receive without expectation.

3:30pm - The Stories We Carry

A guided journey through the defining moments, identities, and roles that have shaped your life; offering space to honour what has been while gently exploring what is ready to change. Through timeline reflection, identity mapping, and inner child letter writing, participants are invited to reconnect with their essence beneath the stories and remember who they were before the world asked them to become someone else.

5pm - The Harvest of Her

A soulful exploration of what truly nourishes the many layers of the feminine; inviting participants to uncover the parts of themselves that are hungry for more attention, care, and expression. Through guided visualization and creative mixed-media art, women will connect with the future version of themselves who feels whole, grounded, and alive, creating a tangible reflection of the life they are ready to cultivate.

    6:30pm - Community Supper

Sunset (approximately 8pm) - Sunset Ocean Release & Seed Blessing Ceremony

A sacred ritual of letting go and beginning again. Participants are invited to release the roles, expectations, and identities that no longer serve them into the healing waters with gratitude. Through reflection, release, and the symbolic blessing of seeds, each woman is guided to honour what has been while planting intention for the feminine qualities, boundaries, and growth she is ready to nurture in the season ahead.

  • 8am - Community Breakfast

    9am - Hatha Yoga: Receiving

    10:15am - Cultivating a Nourished Life

A grounding workshop designed to help participants carry the wisdom of the weekend into everyday life with intention and clarity. Through practical tools and honest reflection, women will explore how to create sustainable rhythms, healthier boundaries, aligned relationships, and meaningful practices that support a life rooted in purpose, energy, and self-honouring.

11:15am Harvest Integration Circle & Closing Ceremony

The sacred final gathering where participants weave together the lessons, releases, and intentions of the weekend — reflecting on what has nourished them, what they are ready to let go of, and what they are committed to cultivating. Through shared witnessing, symbolic offerings, and a final blessing, each woman leaves with tangible reminders of her journey and a deeper trust in her own cycles of healing, growth, and becoming.
