Sacred Soul began with a question I've found myself returning to again and again: Who are we beneath everything we've learned to be?
I'm Cheryl, founder of Sacred Soul. I created this space for women navigating the beautiful, complicated and sometimes uncomfortable work of becoming.
Through stories, conversations, guided practices and meaningful experiences, Sacred Soul offers room to pause, get curious and reconnect with the woman who has been there all along. Because you don't need to become someone else to begin finding your way back to yourself.
